House Rules
No glass by hot tub. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the back yard.
Trash day is on Tuesday, Recycling is on Friday. If staying Monday-Friday, instructions will be sent regarding the trash.
$75 per person for unauthorized guests
$100 fee for unauthorized pets (No pets allowed)
$1000 fee for parties
$100 fee per hour for excessive cleaning
